This Privacy Policy explains how Stackr Inc. (“STACKr,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares your information when you join our waitlist or use our service. We take your privacy seriously, especially your financial information.

1.Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Information you give us. Your name, email address, and any details you provide when you join the waitlist or create an account.
Financial account information. When you connect your accounts, we receive information such as account balances, transactions, and account details through our connection provider. We do not receive or store your bank login password.
Debt and credit information. To identify your debts, we obtain credit information through our providers by way of a soft inquiry that does not affect your credit score.
Usage information. Basic information about how you use the service, such as device and log data, to operate and improve STACKr.

2.How We Use Your Information

We use your information to identify and display your debts, build your payoff plan and Freedom Date, provide automation if you choose it, communicate with you about the service, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your financial data for advertising.

3.How We Share Your Information

We share your information only as needed to run the service:

Service providers. We work with trusted partners that provide account connectivity, credit information, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics. They may only use your information to perform services for us.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of STACKr, our users, or others.
Business transfers. If STACKr is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

4.How We Protect Your Information

We use technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. Connections to your financial accounts are made through secure, industry-standard providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.

5.Your Choices and Rights

You can access and update your account information, disconnect linked accounts, turn off automation, and request that we delete your account and associated data. 6.Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and afterward only as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.

7.Children’s Privacy

STACKr is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the service or by email, and update the date at the top of this page.

10.SMS Messaging

Stackr Inc. sends text messages only to people who have opted in. We collect your mobile number and your opt-in consent solely to deliver those messages. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your SMS opt-in records are never shared with third parties. We share your mobile number only with service providers that help us run STACKr, such as identity verification, and never for their marketing.
